Tides Waterfront Kitchen is a celebration of passions: the creativity of Pacific seafood and coastal flavors, devotion to California’s natural abundance, and an abiding love of the sea.

Walk into our dining room, and the finale is on full display: Pacific Ocean waves crash and the sea beckons from just outside. Sit for a moment. Take it all in. Watch as whales breach and dolphins dance in the bay. Savor the best sunset in Monterey. Or, simply listen to the harmony of the sea. That’s what drew us here, too.

Our remaining inspirations are evident in our menus: fare rooted in just-caught seafood, the finest cuts of meat, and fresh California produce, seasoned with coastal influence and garnished with local tradition. And always, plated to perfection.

Located within the Monterey Tides Hotel, Tides Waterfront Kitchen and Bayside Bar + Lounge are the newest, freshest concept in Monterey Bay. We may not have a dress code but we do offer the finest service experience, a casual beach vibe, and spectacular views of the sunset and beachfront.
